ABOUT ME

I'm a long-standing technology professional, originally from Ireland, and now living the Nordic lifestyle in Helsinki, Finland.

 

My main professional interest away from tech is personal development and coaching, which is what this blog so far focuses on. I've long been an advocate for people having rewarding careers that don't burn them out, and having the tools to manage the burden that work puts on them.

As time goes on, I'll probably also add things on this page about photography, creative writing, and anything from my other interests that I think readers would find interesting.
